Changes in the Development and Expansion Executive Department and Board of Directors
Recife, March 4, 2016, Ser Educacional (BM&FBOVESPA SEER3, Bloomberg SEER3:BZ and Reuters SEER3.SA), one of the largest private education groups in Brazil and the leader in the Northeast and North of the country, hereby announces that the Company’s has accepted the resignation of Mr. Antonio Carbonari Netto from his positions as Vice President of Development and Expansion and member of the Company‘s Board of Directors, as he will now pursue educational projects in the United States, focusing on the creation of Miami University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Carbonari played an important role in several projects, especially the curriculum matrix review and the consolidation of the teaching quality currently provided by Grupo Ser Educacional.
His current duties at the Company will be performed by the Academic and M&A/Expansion executive departments.
The Company’s Board of Directors and Executives thank Mr. Carbonari for his contribution and wish him success in his new projects.
