Notice to the Market
Recife, September 16, 2020. Ser Educacional, one of the largest private groups of higher education in Brazil and leader in the Northeast and North regions, reports that, pursuant to Article 12 of CVM Instruction 358, dated January 3, 2002, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general of the receipt of correspondence (as per the appendix) from Oceana Investimentos ACVM Ltda., enrolled under the Corporate Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ/MF) Nr. 09.326.542/0001-23, in which it informs that they have sold a relevant interest in shares of issuance of Ser Educacional, to hold 5,863,794 common shares, which represents 4.56% of the shares issued by Ser Educacional.
