Recife, February 25, 2014 – Ser Educacional S.A (BM&FBOVESPA: SEER3), the largest private post-secondary educational institution in the Northeast and North of Brazil, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that yesterday the Ministry of Education released the results of seats approved for vocational courses within the scope of the National Program of Access to the Vocational Education and Employment – PRONATEC to initiate studies in the first half of 2014. Grupo Ser Educacional achieved 8,160 seats, which will be offered in 8 cities: Recife (Pernambuco), Paulista (Pernambuco), Maceió (Alagoas), Salvador (Bahia), Teresina (Piauí), Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), João Pessoa (Paraíba) and Campina Grande (Paraíba).
