Recife, December 09, 2013 – Ser Educacional S.A (BM&FBOVESPA: SEER3), the largest private institution of post-secondary education currently operating in the Northeast and North regions of Brazil, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in the evaluation for 2012 published by the Ministry of Education in the December 6, 2013 edition of the Diário Oficial da União, 100% of our institutions (excluding those acquired recently) achieved satisfactory ratings (IGC – General Course Index – of 3).
