Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
Recife, April 11, 2014 – Ser Educacional S.A (BM&FBOVESPA: SEER3) invite the shareholders, pursuant to Article 124 of Law 6404/76, to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (“ASM”), to be held on April 28, 2014, at 4:00 p.m., at the Company’s headquarters, at Rua Guilherme Pinto, 146 – Annex – Dean‘s Office Meeting Room, in the city of Recife, Pernambuco state, to resolve on the following:
AGENDA:
(a) analysis of the management report, the management accounts, the Company’s financial statements and the independent auditors’ report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013; (b) approval of the proposal for the allocation of net income for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013; (c) approval of the overall compensation of the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Executive Officers for fiscal year 2014; and (d) approval of the newspapers for publication of its legal acts.
