Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men

In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714 and Decree No. 11,795/2023, Ser Educacional informs that the publication of Transparency and Equal Pay reports for Women and Men is to meet the requirement/obligation legal, as well as highlighting that they were prepared and issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) itself, with information relating to the year 2022 competence and based on large groups of CBO’s (Brazilian Classification of Occupations), without considering positions and functions or other salary equalization requirements described in the Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT, as well as the criteria are not known to the company.
