Ser Educacional announces new Investor Relations Officer
Recife, February 9, 2015 – Ser Educacional S.A (BM&FBOVESPA: SEER3), one of Brazil‘s largest private education groups and a leader in the Northeast and North Regions in number of students enrolled, hereby announces that, at a meeting held today, its Board of Directors elected Rodrigo de Macedo Alves for the position of Investor Relations Officer to replace Natasha Namie Nakagawa.
Rodrigo Alves has 20 years of experience in capital markets. With a degree in economics from PUC-SP and an MBA in finance from IBMEC-SP, he served in the investor relations department of companies such as NET Serviços and Gol Linhas Aéreas, and on the trading desk of Banco Santander. More recently, Rodrigo was the CFO of a telecommunications company and acted as a consultant for several publicly-held companies in the areas of investor relations, capital markets and corporate finance.
The Company extends its gratitude to Natasha Namie Nakagawa for the important services she provided as Investor Relations Officer.
