Notice to the Market
Recife, July 3rd, 2014 – Ser Educacional S.A (BM&FBOVESPA: SEER3) hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that the Ministry of Education released the results of seats approved for vocational courses within the scope of the National Program of Access to the Vocational Education and Employment – PRONATEC to initiate studies in the second half of 2014.
Grupo Ser Educacional obtained 9,350 new seats, representing 96% of the total possibly allocated to the Company.
The 34 courses to be offered will be distributed predominantly between morning and afternoon, and will focus on diverse fields of knowledge.
The enrollment of students selected on first call will begin on July 30, and classes are scheduled to begin on August 25, 2014.
