Dividends Distribution
SER EDUCACIONAL S.A. (“Companhia”) (B3 SEER3, Bloomberg SEER3:BZ e Reuters SEER3.SA), one of the largest private education groups in Brazil and leader in the Northeast and North regions, hereby informs the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on April 30, 2019, approved the distribution of dividends related to the fiscal year of 2018, in the total amount of R$ 36,679,381.00 (thirty-six million, six hundred and seventy-nine thousand, three hundred and eighty-one), corresponding to 0.284951340 per share. Payment of dividends will be made on May 24, 2019, without withholding of income tax at source and without monetary correction. Pursuant to the law, the shareholders of the Company holding shares will be entitled to dividends as of April 30, 2019, the date of the declaration of dividends by the Shareholders‘ Meeting. Thus, from May 2, 2019 (inclusive), the Company‘s shares will be traded “Ex-Dividends”.
